APMEX is one of the most well-known bullion dealers in the United States and engages in both wholesale and retail trade. JM Bullion is a Dallas, Texas-based precious metals dealer that was founded in 2011 by Michael Wittmeyer and Jonathan Wanchalk. In March 2021, precious metals wholesaler A-Mark Precious Metals, Inc., which already owned 20.5% of JM Bullion’s issued share capital, moved to acquire the remaining 79.5%  of JM Bullion shares, in an acquisition which valued JM Bullion at $174.0 million. Provident Metals is a Dallas, Texas-based precious metals dealer that was founded in 2009 by Joe Merrick. In October 2019, fellow Dallas-based precious metals dealer JM Bullion acquired Provident Metals from bullion wholesaler Dillon Gage. Dillon Gage had previously acquired Provident in 2017.
