Representing a ground breaking numismatic relationship between The Royal Mint and the United States Mint, the classic symbols of Britannia and Liberty unite on a bullion coin designed by the chief designers of the 2 mints, Gordon Summers and Joseph Menna.

The reverse of the coin is inspired by the concept of court cards, Britannia and Liberty share equal prominence in this masterfully crafted design that represents the skill and experience of each chief engraver. The figures also represent fortitude and freedom, virtues that underpin the national identities of both the UK and the U.S.
