Paying For Your Products

You can choose your preferred payment method during the checkout process. After you’ve submitted your order, an order confirmation page will appear along with payment instructions.

We accept payment via credit card (only Mastercard & Visa), wire transfer, ACH transfer, and crypto (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and Bitcoin Cash).

When Your Payment Needs to Be Initiated

After submitting your order, you must initiate your payment no later than the next business day. For example, if you place your order on a Thursday, you must initiate your payment no later than Friday, which is the next business day. Payments via credit card or debit card must be made within 24 hours. Cryptocurrency payments must be initiated no later than 20 minutes after submitting your order.

After you’ve completed the payment process, please allow us a few days to receive and process it. We will notify you once the process is complete on our end.

Paying Via Wire Transfer

If you are paying via wire transfer, please notify your bank that they need to send the payment no later than one banking day after you’ve submitted your order. Note that you are responsible for all bank charges incurred.

BullionStar will send you an order status e-mail within one business day of receiving your payment.

Online Credit & Debit Card Payments

All credit or debit card payments must be made within 24 hours of placing your online order. We charge a 4% processing fee for online orders paid via credit or debit card. We only accept Mastercard and Visa for U.S. dollar payments. Credit or debit card payments are only recommended for smaller online orders.

We reserve the right to decline or change payment method orders paid by credit or debit card. We only accept payment from credit or debit cards where the issuing bank utilizes 3D secure payer authentication. If you choose to have your purchased bullion products shipped to you rather than stored in our vault(s), the order must be shipped to the address that is on your BullionStar account.

Paying With Cryptocurrencies

BullionStar was one of the first precious metals dealers to accept payment in cryptocurrencies, starting in 2014.

To pay for your BullionStar order with cryptocurrency, simply select Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, or Bitcoin Cash as your preferred currency via the dropdown menu that is located in the upper right hand corner of your screen. Your preferred cryptocurrency will then automatically be used as the payment method when you checkout.

Once you have confirmed your order, a confirmation page will appear and you will be sent a confirmation e-mail that contains a unique cryptocurrency address where you must initiate your payment in your chosen cryptocurrency within 20 minutes.

Upon receiving your cryptocurrency payment, we will send you an e-mail and text message for confirmation, and we will begin to process your order.

Orders on "Pre-Sale" Products

Regardless of product availability, payment for all orders must be sent no later than the next business day, with the exception of online credit & debit card and crypto payments.

When paying online via credit or debit card, the payment must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

Crypto payments must be sent within 20 minutes of placing the order.

Wire Transfer in Other Currencies

To send funds from a bank account that uses Singapore dollars, euros, British pounds, Australian dollars, New Zealand dollars, Swedish krona, or Japanese yen, please send the funds to BullionStar’s account that is designated for that particular currency. Send the exact funds in the chosen currency and pay all bank fees incurred.
