BullionStar Sell FAQ
Q: When do I have to send my items to you?
A: Once you have placed your sell order, you will need initiate shipping to us within 2 business days. Please send a copy of your shipment receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: You already have my items in storage. How do I sell them?
A: Selling from storage can be done from the Sell Stored Bullion page.
Q: What if I decide to cancel my order, or I don’t send my items?
A: All BullionStar orders are subject to our Cancelation Policy. Should you decide to cancel, or else not fulfill your order, a penalty fee of USD 45 plus any negative market development toward BullionStar will be levied on your account. Non-payment of this fee may result in your account being restricted.
Q: Is there a minimum sell order?
A: There is no minimum for sell orders, however, do note that bank receiving fees, and shipping fees are borne by the customer, we advise you to ensure that those fees do not exceed any potential payout.
Q: Can I sell my Bullion for Cryptocurrency?
A: You can sell your Bullion and choose to be paid out in Cryptocurrency. In order to do this, please select the currency of your choice in the top right corner of the page. We currently accept, and also pay out in BTC, BCH, LTC, ETH. Once you have selected the Cryptocurrency of your choice, you can proceed with a sell order in the usual way, and all the payout amounts will be shown in Cryptocurrency instead.
A: Do you buy all types of coins and bullion?
Q: BullionStar buys most types of Bullion. All types of Bullion listed on our Sell Page can be sold to us. If you cannot find your item on this page, please contact us for a quote.
Q: How quickly are items verified once they’re received?
A: Once we receive your items, they are typically verified within 1-2 Business days. For larger orders, or during times of extreme demand or high order volume, verification may take longer.
Q: How quickly do you pay?
A: Once your items have been received and verified, payment is typically sent out within 1-3 business days. During times of extreme demand or high order volume, payment may take longer but will not exceed 7 business days.
Q: How will you pay out my Sell order?
A: Sell orders can be paid out via Wiretransfer, and Cryptocurrency.
Q: How do I ship my Sell order to you?
A: Shipment instructions will be provided upon placing a Sell order.
Q: What if I accidently send you the wrong items?
A: Should you realize this before we receive your package, please get in contact with us. If we receive your package and the items do not match the order, we will get in contact with you for the next step. Do note that in the event that the order is cancelled, our Cancellation Policy applies.
Q: What happens if my shipment is lost?
A: Please note that BullionStar has no visibility of Sell order items or packages in transit. In cases where your shipment is unaccounted for, please get in touch with the shipping company. Do keep us informed as well. We advise our customers to ensure that their package is fully insured with their carrier, as BullionStar cannot be responsible for any packages lost in this way.
Q: What happens if my shipment is tampered with, or there are items missing upon arrival?
A: Should we receive your items in a manner that we suspect has been tampered with, or with items missing, we will get in contact with you and assist with the next steps.
