Payment Methods

Your payment method is chosen during check out. Upon placing your order, all information regarding your chosen payment method will be shown to you.

We accept the following Payment methods: Wire Transfer, ACH Transfer, Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard only), Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, BCH, LTC).

Timeframe for Sending Your Payment

You must initiate your payment no later than the next business day after which you place an order. For example, if you place your order on a Monday, you must therefore initiate the payment no later than the Tuesday (the next business day). For Credit/Debit card payments, you must make payment within 24 hours. For Cryptocurrency payments in Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash or Litecoin, you must initiate the payment no later than 20 minutes after placing your order.

Once you have completed your payment, it may take a few days for us to receive and process it. You will be notified once that is done.

Wire Transfer

For wire transfers, you need to instruct your bank to send the payment no later than the banking day after which you have placed the order. Please note that all bank charges are fully borne by the remitter.

You will be updated with an order status e-mail within one business day of BullionStar receiving the payment.

Credit/Debit Card Payment Online 

For online credit/debit card payments you must make payment within 24 hours of placing your order. The product price is 4% higher for online credit/debit card payments. We accept Mastercard and Visa for USD. Online credit/debit card as payment method is only suitable for smaller orders. We reserve the right to decline or change payment method for orders with credit/debit card as payment method. We only accept cards where the issuing bank utilizes 3D secure payer authentication. For orders with shipping as delivery method, the order must be shipped to the address of the BullionStar account holder. 

Cryptocurrencies

To pay using Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash or Litecoin, select either Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash or Litecoin as your currency in the currency dropdown to the upper right of your screen. 

Your chosen cryptocurrency will then automatically be selected as payment method in the checkout. When you have confirmed your order, you will receive a unique address for either Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash or Litecoin on the order page and in the order confirmation e-mail to which you must then initiate your Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash or Litecoin payment within 20 minutes. 

You will be updated with a payment received order status e-mail and an SMS text message automatically as soon as we have received the required number of confirmations for your cryptocurrency payment. We will thereafter process your order.

Orders on Products with Availability Status "Pre-Sale"

For all payment methods except online credit/debit card payments and cryptocurrencies payments, payment for all orders regardless of availability status must be sent no later than the next business day.

For online credit/debit card payments, the payment must be made within 24 hours of the order being placed.

For cryptocurrencies payments, payments must be sent within 20 minutes of the order being placed.

Wire Transfer - Other Currencies

If you are sending funds from an account using SGD, EUR, GBP, AUD, NZD, SEK or JPY as currency, please send to BullionStar's respective account for that currency. If you are sending funds from an account in another currency, make sure to send the exact funds in the selected currency and to pay all bank fees.
